Jaresko has said it is ready to form a government of Ukraine

The Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalia Jaresko ready to gather a technocratic government team “draws” people with no political past, not obeying any of the oligarchs or politicians. She wrote about this on his page in Facebook.

My plan for the withdrawal of Ukraine from the crisis, the head of the Ukrainian Finance Ministry has written after, according to her, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk invited her “to start a dialogue and to present his plan to them quickly bring the country out of crisis.”

“In my opinion, to cope with these tasks in such a political situation can only technocratic government — that is, the team “draws” people who don’t have a political past, not subject to any of oligarchs or “friends” of politicians and have no political ambitions for the future,” she said.

“I’m ready to assemble a team that right now is able to work for the interest of the whole country, all its citizens and not of some political or business groups,” wrote Jaresko.

Jaresko called five principles on which, in her opinion, should be formed technocratic government: the members must serve only the people of Ukraine, they must have zero tolerance to corruption and political interference, they should not worry about the political career and participation in the elections, they all need to believe that Ukraine could become successful and, finally, the members of the government must be an experienced crisis managers.

Jaresko said that in order to “depoliticize” economic processes, to focus and combine talents and resources to solve Ukraine problems, the government should focus on two key issues: the restoration of public trust and the growth of the Ukrainian economy.

On 14 March, the press Secretary Poroshenko Svyatoslav tsigalko reported that the President sees as the new Prime Minister of Ukraine Minister of Finance Natalie Jaresko or the mayor of Lviv Andrey Sadovy.

With Tsigalko clarified that Jaresko, according to the President, could lead a technocratic government “in the case of unification of all Pro-European factions”, and Garden “a political government”.

The next day, March 15 Garden reported that at the meeting with Poroshenko refused the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine. After that, the head of the faction “block of Petro Poroshenko” Yuriy Lutsenko accused the party Garden “Self-help” that she “buried” the chance to create a technocratic government headed by Jaresko.

That the Minister of Finance of Ukraine considered for the post of Prime Minister, has been reported repeatedly. In particular, in early March, sources of “the Ukrainian truth” in the administration of the Ukrainian President said that Jaresko had previously agreed to lead the Cabinet and put forward a number of conditions, among which were: “the technocratic government without party quotas”, “the absence of any political pressure from any side”, the dialogue with the Parliament directly, support the initiatives of the government in all factions of the coalition, including the “Block of Petro Poroshenko”.

But Jaresko has to date not commented on the opportunity to head the government. In early February the head Medinformatyka of Ukraine Yuriy stets stated that Jaresko has abandoned the idea of economy Minister Aivaras Abromavicius to lead the Cabinet. “When Abromavicius said Natalia Jaresko, that’s one of my requirements that I want the Prime Minister was you, she said, I don’t want that,” said stets in the air of the radio “Vesti”.
