Much harder to find a solution for the debts associated with the construction of the CHP Krasavino in Vologda region, the head of Ministry of industry and trade of the Czech Republic Jan Mladek.
PRAGUE, 22 Mar, Alexander Kuranov. Negotiations on debt restructuring on the loan of the Czech export Bank “Uralvagonzavod” is carried out successfully, said in an interview with the Minister of industry and trade of the Czech Republic Jan Mladek.
Tuesday in Prague begins a two-day meeting of the Russian-Czech intergovernmental Commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation.
“There is a problem of non-payment by some Russian companies and organizations in debts on investment, supported by the Czech export Bank. The example of “Uralvagonzavod” shows that this problem can be solved, and with this company being more or less successful negotiations on debt restructuring on the loan,” said Mladek.
According to the Minister, it is much harder to find a solution for the debts associated with the construction of the CHP Krasavino in Vologda region, which is already in force and draft of the CHP “Polarnaya” in Salekhard.
“In the first case, the current owner of the CHP has no means to repay the loan. And during the implementation of the project in Salekhard it became clear that building a station there is no need because electricity in the region is enough” — said the Czech Minister.
