About 100 farmers of Krasnodar has announced a tractor run to Moscow

About a hundred farmers from nine districts of the Krasnodar region announced the intention to hold the mileage on tractors to Moscow, to forward the appeal to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. This was reported by “Caucasian knot” with reference to representatives of the initiative group for consolidation of farmers.

According to them, his or her share of the Kuban farmers want to attract the attention of the head of state for “massive raider attack lands and the violation of their rights”. Farmers claim that local authorities do not give results.

The start of the tractor run is scheduled on 28 March from Ust-Labinsk, the next day to the run plan to join farmers Caucasian, Novopokrovsky and Tbilisi districts. The number of participants is not yet known.

As said the member of initiative group for holding a protest Oleg Petrov, the action agreed with the authorities, but the farmers still “preparing to arrest”. “I’m afraid, but it can’t get worse”, — the activist noted.

“We are not allowed to work, we are mired in litigation. People come from Moscow with a lot of money, buy from land owners, we cancelled the lease agreements. The government is trying to help us, but the courts decide in our favor,” commented Petrov reasons for the conduct of the race.

Almost a month later, on March 21, the Russian popular front (onf) announced the intention to take control over the situation with abuses in the sphere of the turnover of agricultural land in the Krasnodar region. Onf also announced, sent a letter to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) Alexander Bastrykin with a request to pay attention to the situation with Kuban farmers.
