ISIL has threatened to conduct new attacks on the Brussels sample

Terrorist organization “Islamic state” (IG, its activity is forbidden in Russia) sent out a message to their supporters about new terrorist attacks, reported Reuters, citing a monitoring group SITE Intelligence Group. According to the monitoring group, we are talking about the attacks on the Brussels sample.

According to the SITE, the Islamists have posted photos on the Internet with an appeal to German Muslims. The IG has identified as subject to attack by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, as well as one of the airports in Germany.

The official representative of the Federal office of criminal police of Germany (BKA), which is engaged in the monitoring of militants with German passports and returning from Syria and Iraq, has already commented on the appeal of terrorists. She stated that in the Agency know about the photos, however, indicated that their publication does not mean that Germany should take additional security measures.

“We know about this material, our experts inspect it. It is clear that Germany is the target of international terrorism and that attacks can occur. But this material does not change our assessment of the necessary security measures”, — she said.

The head of Department of the Federal police Holger münch, in turn, noted that after the terrorist attacks in Brussels on 22 March, the Islamic state apparently seeks to hold another “spectacular” attack in Europe. He associated this desire with the failures of the terrorists in Iraq and Syria.

The attacks in Brussels on 22 March: two explosions have thundered at the airport of Zaventem, then another one at the metro station “Maelbeek”. According to official statistics, the total death toll reached 35 people, including three terrorists. 340 people were injured. The responsibility for what happened assumed “Islamic state” (organization banned in Russia).

According to sources of the publication L’echo, as a result of searches in the Schaerbeek district of Brussels on the computer of one of the alleged terrorists found photos the office of the Prime Minister of Belgium Charles Michel. Not far from it is also and the U.S. Embassy. This information will analyze the FBI, which began investigating the attacks in Brussels.
