According to Rudskoy, during operations for the liberation of Palmyra during the period from 7 to 27 March, Russian military aircraft flew about 500 sorties and struck more than 2 thousand strikes on ISIL terrorists. Rudskoy said that the Russian aircraft destroyed most of the control centers of the militants in the first two days of the operation.
