The head of the Ministry of culture noted that another option is being developed — introduction of “automatic licensing is when a message appears stating that cross the border of the Russian book publishing houses, in which there is incitement of ethnic hatred, non-recognition of sovereignty or territorial integrity of Ukraine, such products are arrested”.
Against the publishers of such products will apply sanctions, and that the publisher will not be able to distribute its products to Ukraine, said Kirilenko.
The Minister also said that stands for providing the functions of state control over the flow of Russian books on the state Committee, the customs, the security service and other structures, reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.
