Ukrainian businessman put on the wanted list for tax evasion in Russia


Russian investigators announced Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Grigorishin, who is accused of non-payment in Russia 674 million rubles of taxes, on the international wanted list. Earlier it became known that in Russia are investigating a criminal case about the care Grigorishin from taxes in the amount of almost 675 mln.

As a result, the court upheld the arrest of Grigorishin property: apartment in the Dairy lane, apartments on Bolshaya Yakimanka street and a house in the village of Gorki-2 Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. The arrest was imposed for another apartment in the Dairy lane, but the defense said that the rights of ownership have been transferred to the son of the accused long before the criminal case.

On the investigation of the criminal case against Grigorishin became known only the day before. According to investigators, in 2009-2010 he had not paid taxes on the company’s “PEAK Creativity”, the actual owner that he is worth more than 674 million rubles.

As reported “Kommersant” citing its own information, the representatives Grigorishin filed complaints at the investigation of structures Grigorishin, conducted by the staff of the Investigative Committee with the support of the FSB operatives.
