Alighieri Ludmila Indyk reported that the library is going to move into the room on the Novatorov street and its present location will move to the jurisdiction of the Investigative Committee. She also said that some of the funds intend to distribute to other libraries.

Now Kibovsky explained that the question of the location of the library is instructed to consider the Central library system of the southwestern administrative area. In the end, its leader Vadim Talanov on Thursday, April 14, ordered the relocation of the library, showing “excessive zeal”.

“On Friday I went response. I also met a group of activists who expressed their position regarding the relocation of the library. On the same day, Friday, I forced the head of CBS to cancel this order”, — said the head of the Moscow departemen culture.

According to Kibovsky, the library is located in building 50-ies of buildings, “which recently was occupied by many users”. “Gradually, and it’s not today’s story, it is consolidated to accommodate the Investigative Committee, explained the official. — Colleagues, practicing the whole story, and was interested in our position, because we occupy a building area on the ground floor with a separate entrance”.

Kibovsky noted that to transfer the library, the custody of the Department of property, “and if you pass on the Federal structure, the order of the government of Moscow”. “No such decisions have not. Moreover, the property Department this question was not even discussed”, — said Kibovsky. He stated that the meeting Talanova was reprimanded for abuse of power and arbitrariness.

“Until there is a consolidated opinion, and will not resolve the issues of property character, any action we take will not,” said Kibovsky.
