The transport Ministry will convene a new “road map” of air links with Kazakhstan

The Kazakh side is willing to pay for the flight on TRANS-Siberian railroad and disagree on the second carrier, because in the country there is no other competitive airlines that are comparable with Russian.

MOSCOW, 18 APR. Russia for two months will develop a road map for the development of air links with Kazakhstan, told journalists the Deputy Minister of transport of Russia Valery Okulov.

Previously, the newspaper “Kommersant” with reference to an informed source wrote that the Kazakh side is willing to pay for the flight on TRANS-Siberian railroad and disagree on the second carrier, because in the country there is no other competitive airlines that are comparable with Russian.

“We gave ourselves homework: to prepare a roadmap for the development of air transport, the liberalization of air transport”, — said Okulov on Monday.

According to him, Russia is developing a road map and then routes it to the aviation authorities of Kazakhstan.

“(To prepare a “road map” plan — ed.) two months. The countdown started from the time of the negotiations, and the negotiations were last week on Thursday”, — said the Deputy head of the Ministry of transport.
