Groysman told about foreign reformers to the Ukrainian government


In the new government of Ukraine will work as “European reformers,” said the new Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman on the air of TV channel “24”.

According to him, the reformers will not take the government leadership positions, and will act as experts. “Together with our team will work as a team of reformers. European reformers. And this group will be headed by Prime Minister Ivan Miklos, former Deputy Prime Minister of Slovakia. And from the President this will be [Polish economist] Leszek Balcerowicz,” — said Groisman (quoted by TASS).

Earlier Deputy Chairman of the faction PPO Alexander Tretyakov, candidate of Balcerowicz was considered for the post of head of the Ukrainian government, but further talks did not get. Ex-Minister of economy of Slovakia Ivan Miklos has been asked to fill the post of Finance Minister, but he agreed only on the position of Advisor to the head of the Ministry.

In the previous government, headed by Arseniy Yatsenyuk, at the Ministerial posts were several foreigners who had been granted the citizenship of Ukraine. In particular, ex-Minister of Finance Natalia Yaresko and the former head of the Ministry of economic development and trade aivaras abromavicius. In the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers, they were not included.
