The head of “Renaissance Capital” resigned


The Board of Directors IK “the Renaissance the Capital” has approved the decision, Igor vayn, to leave his post, reported the press service of the investment Bank. His duties will be Anthony Simone. He works at Renaissance Capital since 2008. Simone is the CEO of RenCap Securities, Inc. in new York, and Renaissance Capital Limited (RCL) in London and Chairman of the Board of Renaissance Capital in Dubai and co-head of the Department on work with securities.

In a conversation with vine said that he was leaving investment banking, where he worked for 20 years. “Now is the time to pause and rethink all done. While I don’t plan to work in the financial sector”, — he said. Vine also said that he had no plans to leave Russia. “Some time I will remain in the “Renaissance” to refer cases to assist in the selection of a new leader and to continue to work with key customers,” said the investment banker.

Igor vayn was led by Renaissance Capital more than three and a half years. In the fall of 2012 “the Renaissance of Groups” has sold a controlling stake in the investment Bank, ONEXIM group. After the transaction, in “Renaissance Capital” at the invitation of ONEXIM returned the former head of the trading stock Igor vayn and began a rigid reform. “I love a calculated risk. Before heading to the “Renaissance Capital”, Wayne served as Chairman of the Board of “Opening Capital”. In 2007-2010 Igor vayn worked at Renaissance Capital as head of trading operations with shares, and in 2006-2007, he headed the sales and marketing Department Deutsche Bank in Russia.

Igor vayn graduated from the economic faculty of the Tver state University, he has an MBA from new York’s Pace University. From 1997 to 2006, vine held the post of Vice-President of United Financial Group.
