Diplomats are also forbidden to enter into the composition of the management bodies, Trustees or Supervisory boards of foreign NGOs. Officials may not allow public statements, judgments and estimates, including in the media, in relation to the activities of Federal state bodies, foreign States, international organizations, where they work, if this is not the official position of Russia.
