The mayor of Vladivostok was charged

The mayor of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev and head of municipal enterprise “Roads Vladivostok” Andrey Lushnikov charged. It is reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia. Both were previously arrested on June 2 and taken to Moscow. They are suspected of abuse of office and commercial bribery.

According to investigators, in the period of 2009-2014 Pushkarev was organized by the acquisition of enterprise municipal enterprise “Roads of Vladivostok” the group of companies “Vostokcement” building materials in large volume. Lead and supervise Vostoktsement” close relatives of the mayor, and the founder and owner of the property “Roads of Vladivostok” is the city administration of Vladivostok, according to the TFR.

However, as assures a consequence, the building materials were purchased at inflated prices. This personally Pushkarev received no less than 45 million rubles, according to the investigation.

In the TFR believe that these actions of the municipal enterprise “Roads Vladivostok” was caused material damage in the sum more than RUB 158 mln and education accounts payable in the amount of more than 800 million rubles.

Also, believe in the TFR, in 2012-2014 Pushkarev handed Lushnikova money in the amount of not less than 1,4 million rubles as commercial bribery. “For this Lushnikov contrary to the legitimate interests and statutory purposes of the work of his company, acting in the interests of Pushkarev and the group of companies “Vostokcement”, provided the acquisition from members of the specified group of organizations of building materials for execution of municipal contracts for repair and maintenance of city roads of Vladivostok”, — stated in the message.

The investigators are going to petition on election accused a preventive measure in form of detention, added to the TFR.
