The mayor of Kerch was suspected of taking bribes 3.2 million rubles.

In relation to the head of Kerch administration Sergey Pisarev initiated a criminal case on suspicion in receiving a bribe, committed in especially large amount (part 6, item 290 of the criminal code), reported the press service of the Prosecutor of the Crimea.

According to the Supervisory Department, head of administration of Kerch received 3.2 million RUB in dollar terms for Commission action on allocation of land plots for commercial use”.

Sanctions of article on which criminal case is filed, provide till 15 years of imprisonment. The Crimean Prosecutor recognized lawful and reasonable the resolution on initiation of proceedings, the Prosecutor of the Republic Natalia Poklonskaya took the investigation under his control.

Now Pisarev is detained as article 91 UPK the Russian Federation the law providing for detention for up to two days, reported RIA Novosti senior assistant head of the Crimean Department of the TFR Evgenia Belikova.

According to “RG”, Pisarev was to receive a bribe for the assistance in the conclusion of the administration of city leases and the sale of land in Arshintsevskaya spit.

On the court after the FSB said a local businessman, the mayor was detained when receiving money, the publication adds.

Sergey Pisarev is a native of Kerch, became acting mayor in September 2014, in November was appointed head of the city administration.
