The Bank of Russia revoked the license for banking operations in Moscow of the First Czech-Russian Bank (pcrb). This is stated in the press release of the regulator.
The Central Bank said that pcrb neadekvatno assessed the risks taken with poor quality assets. Proper risk assessment by the regulator led to the fact that the Bank lost capital. The Bank of Russia also considered that the owners of the organization has not taken neobhodimyh measures for normalization of its work.
Pcrb is the participant of system of insurance of contributions. Largest assets, the Bank occupied the 126th place in the Russian banking system.
As he wrote, on March 24 the Bank was disconnected from the electronic payment system of the Central Bank on 24 March. On the same day, the Central Bank announced the appointment PTCRB the temporary administration of ASV. On 1 April the Bank of Russia has imposed on a credit institution a moratorium on satisfaction of creditors ‘ claims.
