Putin instructed until September to check the organizers of children’s leisure

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Prosecutor General’s office, the emergencies Ministry and the interior Ministry to check the organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in organizing children’s activities. The check should be held until September 15. The document orders relating to children, published on the Kremlin website, it is dated July 6.

These agencies are also instructed to check the activities of Federal and regional Executive bodies, which conclude contracts for the rest of the children. Responsible for the implementation of the order was appointed Prosecutor General of Russia Yuri Chaika, the head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov and the Minister of internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltseva.

The head of state also instructed to include the organization of rest and recovery in the list of activities that require obtaining a license. The government should consider this issue until November 1. By this date the Cabinet of Ministers should legislate to provide for compulsory insurance of life and health of children during their stay.

By 1 August this year the Cabinet of Ministers shall determine the Federal Executive authority, which will deal with the development and implementation of the state policy and normative-legal regulation in the sphere of children’s leisure.

FSB, interior Ministry and Regardie Putin instructed by September to take additional measures to ensure anti-terrorist protection of places of recreation for children.
