Islamic state announced the death of a Chechen al-Shishani


The militants of the terrorist group “Islamic state” (LIH, a banned terrorist organization) reported the death of one of their leaders, Chechen Abu Umar al-Shishani, known as Umar the Chechen. It is reported bi-Bi-si with reference to the Amaq news Agency (Novosti on behalf of ISIS).

As reported by Bi-bi-si, al-Shishani was killed in battle in the Iraqi city of Shirkat.
