The specialists of the us Federal Bureau of investigation (FBI) and the European Union need to involve the investigation of the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, which took place in Kiev on Wednesday morning. The order gave the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, reported the press Secretary of the President of Ukraine Svyatoslav Tsigalko.
“The President has instructed to involve the investigation of experts of the American FBI and the European Union,” he wrote.

To investigate the assassination Sheremet will be a task group under the leadership of the head of the National police of Ukraine Khatia Dekanoidze. She told reporters that he has already been in contact with the FBI. “I just met with FBI representatives in Ukraine, and also they will be involved in the investigation,” said Dekanoidze (quoted by “Interfax-Ukraine”).

The head of the Union of journalists of Russia Vsevolod Bogdanov, in turn, ruled out the theory of “Russian trace”. In his opinion, it is simply a desire somehow to confuse the investigation.
In the Kremlin, the murder of Sheremet, who was a citizen of Russia, called “a cause for very serious concern”.
