A native of the FSO is headed by the Yaroslavl oblast

Vladimir Putin changed the leadership of the Yaroslavl region. As reported a press-service of the Kremlin, resignation sent to the Governor Sergei Yastrebov. In his place acting appointed Lieutenant-General of police Dmitry Mironov, who until this time was the Deputy Minister of internal Affairs.

There is an obvious strengthening of the power of the trend in politics — the Governor’s office occupied by people from FSB and the interior Ministry, says political analyst Yevgeny Minchenko. The hawks have long held office and was not a strong Governor, but wanting in its place was not long, said the expert. But then began a planned rotation in the power structures and the place Yastrebova was very helpful, said Minchenko.

Mironov, according to his official biography, from 1990 to 2013, he served in the KGB and the organs of state security. In February 2014 he was appointed first Deputy chief of the criminal investigation Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs. From 12 may 2014 to December 2015 Dmitry Mironov headed the Main Directorate of economic security and combating corruption of the interior Ministry (Guebipk).

Mironov came to Quebec amid the scandal in the Ministry: heads of divisions generals Denis Sugrobov and Kolesnikov were defendants in the criminal case. As a result of conflict with Management of own safety of FSB, one of the most influential members of the Ministry were accused of having provoked the defendants in criminal cases on bribery.

Sugrobova, Kolesnikov and their subordinates were indicted for 21 episode: creation of criminal community, excess of powers of office, falsification of evidence and provocation of a bribe (article 210, 286, 303 and 304 of the criminal code).

16 Jun 2014 the Deputy Sugrobov and Kolesnikov, killed himself after a routine examination. According to investigators, announced the press-Secretary SK Vladimir Markin, Kolesnikov, take time off to the toilet, pushed the guards and ran from the fire escape. According to the defense, Kolesnikov deliberately driven to suicide. In may 2014, Kolesnikov, while in the SIZO “Lefortovo”, received a traumatic brain injury.

For Guebipk confrontation with the FSB was over, not only the change of leadership, but also reduced the Central office three times — S1,2 thousand people to 400 employees.

The purpose Mironov, who worked at the time at FSO, at the head of the Guebipk was a compromise, explained two of the interlocutor in FSB. According to them, Mironov had to extinguish the conflict and to stop the confrontation between the interior Ministry and the FSB.
