The head of the Federal monitoring team of the “United Russia” on execution of the trade law Irina Yarovaya asked the Antimonopoly authorities to investigate the recent statements of the Finance Director of a network “Magnet” Khachatur Pombukhchan about the threat of turbulence in prices, the press service of “United Russia”. “You want a legal assessment for the presence of signs of restriction of competition and calls for all market participants to unreasonable increase in retail prices and of violation of the Antimonopoly legislation”, — stated in the letter of Spring, she directed the head of Federal Antimonopoly service Igor Artemyev.
The document also emphasizes the need to consider the possibility of making Pombuhchan provisions on the inadmissibility of such actions.
