A bill to strengthen responsibility for violation of requirements to ensure road safety in the repair and maintenance of roads has caused negative reaction of the regional authorities. The draft prepared by the interior Ministry of Russia in accordance with the instructions of the President of Russia, said the government in the explanatory Memorandum.
