According to lawyer Vladimir Zherebenkov this trend is associated with high-profile cases of officials and top managers: many of them are not sent to jail. “Now a lot of high-profile corruption cases in which the courts are competent officials under house arrest, such amount began to elect and to those who have committed minor crimes,” — said the lawyer.
