Putin added that Russia has adopted a “big, full resources of the Federal target program for development of Crimea and Sevastopol”. Putin arrived in Crimea on a working trip Friday, August 19. He spent on the Peninsula meeting with members of the security Council and visited the all-Russian youth forum “Tavrida”. The MFA of Ukraine in connection with the visit of the Russian President prepared a note of protest.
