Media reported the resignation of the head of Moore


The chief of Moscow criminal investigation Department (CID) the General-the major of police Igor Zinoviev down from office in the near future, is expected to head the Department of internal Affairs on East administrative district of Moscow. About this TASS said a source in law enforcement bodies.

Who will lead instead MOORE Zinoviev, still unknown, added the Agency interlocutor. “The candidate has not been found yet”, — he explained.

Official confirmation of this information, the Agency does not have.

Zinoviev was born in 1964 in Moscow, since 1985 working in the bodies of internal Affairs. He started in the criminal investigation, in the 2000s, he held the position of chief of criminal militia of Central administrative district (TSAO) of Moscow, then was the Deputy chief of the police Department for CAO. In December 2011, Zinoviev was appointed head of the Department of internal Affairs on Northern administrative district (Sao) of Moscow, chief Moore was appointed in 2014.

Earlier, a source TASS reported that almost all employees of Moore removed from the staff. The only exception was the 1st investigative piece (PIF), dealing with murders, known as “homicide”.

The interviewee explained that the reform of the criminal investigation due to the fact that the leadership of the MIA is trying to achieve the efficiency of the Department and get rid of corrupt officials. For the state, according to the source, was derived also the staff associated with the press — to deal with the so-called leaks of operational information to the media. The source noted that the withdrawal for the staff of Moore doesn’t mean that they will be dismissed.

August 23, the press service of the MIA reported on the commencement of reorganisation in the Main investigation Department of the Moi of Russia in Moscow. From the statement of the Ministry indicated that the restructuring is implemented with the aim of “optimizing organizational building, improve the efficiency of investigation of crimes committed by organized criminal groups and communities”.
