Russia and Turkey are close to an agreement on free trade zone, said the Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev. According to him, this topic was discussed at a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and the head of Turkey Recep Erdogan.

Ulyukayev also said that Erdogan and Putin during their meeting discussed the issue of lifting the food embargo, which Russia imposed on Turkey.
