Law enforcement officials are checking information about a bomb threat at a polling station in Central Moscow, reports “RIA Novosti” with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
“According to preliminary information, at the polling station in the Armenian side street came an unknown man, who threatened an explosion,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
The source of “Interfax” was told that the police received a report of a bomb threat at a polling station No. 10, located in the College building No. 7 at the following address: Armenian lane., 4. The source also said that any claims the man was not nominated.

According to the correspondent of the Agency, on the image with the camera at a polling station in the Armenian lane can be seen that the entrance to the room is blocked for the citizens.
Later, the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, wrote on his Twitter that threatened an explosion, a man was arrested. This Sobyanin thanked police officers.
Source TASS said that during the arrest the man explosive devices are detected. “Arrived at the emergency police detained the specified citizen and taken to the Department for trial. No explosive devices it was not found. Polling station works in a usual mode”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
The interlocutor of “Interfax” was told that the detainee was a local resident prone to excessive alcohol consumption and known for his inappropriate behavior. “The man who came to the polling station in the Armenian lane, behaved inappropriately, scandal, and then threatened to put in action the explosive device,” — said the source. According to him, the rowdy was detained on duty at the police station and brought him to the station.
On the eve of elections of the Department of the interior Ministry in Moscow stated that it “has information about the intention of certain political forces to organize a single day of voting on one of the town polling stations the provocative actions violating public order with the aim of discrediting the work of the electoral Commission and law enforcement agencies.”
The statement said that the police of Moscow will not allow provocations.
