Kadyrov scored 97.5% of the votes at the end of counting of a quarter of ballots


Acting head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on the results of counting a quarter of the votes in the lead on elections of the head of the Republic, Chairman of the Republican election Commission Umar bayhanov.

According to him, after processing of 24.62% of the protocols, performing Kadyrov scored 97,56% of the vote, said bayhanov.

In the elections of the President except Kadyrov was attended by the Commissioner for human entrepreneurs in Chechnya Idris Usmanov (“Party of growth”), the head of the regional branch of “Fair Russia” the Sultan of Demilhanov and the head of the public chamber of the Republic Giralt Batayev (CPRF).

According to preliminary data of the CEC of Chechnya, Batayev gained 0.93 percent, Demilhanov – 0,54%, Usmanov – 1,44%.

Ramzan Kadyrov has registered the candidate on a post of the head of Chechnya in August 2016.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin appointed Ramzan Kadyrov acting President of Chechnya in March 2016. Putin said he expects that Kadyrov will take part in the elections. “You and the future leaders of the Republic, of course, must do everything to comply with Russian laws in all spheres of our life,” Putin said.
