Saakashvili’s supporters concede the ruling party on the elections in Georgia

According to preliminary data, the victory on elections to the Parliament of Georgia wins the ruling party “Georgian dream”. After counting data from 60% of polling stations it is gaining 50,16%.

Second place goes to “United national movement” supporters of the former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili from 26.65%.

No other party has not yet overcome the five percent barrier necessary to obtain seats in Parliament. The closest that this indicator fits the block, “David Tarkhan-Mouravi, Irma Inashvili – Alliance of patriots of Georgia”, which is 4.86% votes.

Exit polls from polling stations showed the success of the ruling party. However, if actipol conducted by TNS on the order of “First Georgian channel”, gave the “Georgian dream” of 53.8%, the polling company GFK Customs Research, commissioned by the TV channel Rustavi 2 (supporting Saakashvili’s supporters), pointed out that “Georgian dream” gains of 39.9%, and “United national movement” from 32.74% of the vote.
