Peskov called rumors messages about the appointment of assistant to the President


Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov said that the message that he will take the post of assistant to the President, are the rumors. “Rumors, rumors, pure speculation,” he told journalists when asked to comment on relevant posts.

Yesterday, the newspaper “Kommersant” with reference to sources reported that the Russian presidential aide for international Affairs Yuri Ushakov will leave the presidential administration in connection with achievement 70-summer age. The number of candidates in its place the sources named several people: Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov, some senior members of the foreign Ministry, as well as the press-Secretary of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov.
