In Germany, police searched the suspects in the terrorism of Chechen refugees

In Germany, police raided 14 Chechens in the framework of the antiterrorist operation, reports DPA with reference to the police of Thuringia.

The raids took place in 11 men and three women, living in Germany as asylum seekers. Among them was 28-year-old man who, according to the authorities, had intended to join Islamic state in Syria (organization banned in Russia). This person is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s office of Germany from the end of 2015 on suspicion of preparing a major terrorist act, but he has failed to carry out his intentions, said the Agency.

Other men and women (aged 21 to 31) are suspected of terrorist financing. Police did not report, was followed by arrests after the RAID.
