Chairman of the Collegium of advocates “Accorp-Defense” Oleg Nikolenko explained that “regardless of whether the Bank subsidiary or established residents of a particular state, it works in accordance with the norms established by the legislation of the country in which he is placed.” According to him, the work of “alpha-Bank Ukraine” is outside the zone of regulation of the Russian legislation, therefore from Russia it is impossible to prohibit him from working with any customers.
