A court in the Chuvash Republic fined the activist of the “Open Russia” in the region by Dmitry Semenov on 1 thousand rbl. for the repost in the social network “Vkontakte” pictures of Deputy Vitaly Milonova t-shirt with the slogan “Orthodoxy or death”, which is recognized as inciting sectarian strife and included in the Federal list of extremist materials. About this in his Facebook wrote the lawyer Semenov Alexei Glukhov.
In another post he added that the court has satisfied the petition of protection about the examination and about the call experts to verify the dates of the monitoring of the Internet.
Last week Semenov was summoned to the police for repost photos Milonova. As the activist told against him was the two protocols according to article 20.29 of the administrative code (production and distribution of extremist materials). “The documents says that on 3 November, the FSB suddenly wanted pomonitorit social network and stumbled upon my post,” — said the activist.
He linked the incident with his political activity in “Open Russia”: Semenov is regional coordinator of the organization for eight Russian regions.
Lawyer Glukhov, in turn, said that the Chuvash activists draw for reposts in social networks constantly.
Himself Milonov, commenting on the situation around repost his photos of Semyonov, said he did not consider the demonstration of photos of him posing with the slogan “Orthodoxy or death”, a crime. However, the MP questioned the fact that the activist judge only the photo.
