Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov denied reports that Vladimir Putin’s decree about dismissal of the head of Ministry of economic development was drawn up with violations of the law.
“There were no irregularities. By law, the appointment and dismissal is made by the head of state, which was done,” said a Kremlin spokesman (quoted by “Interfax”).
Thus Peskov commented on the allegations that the presidential decree was drawn up with violation, because it did not contain the proposal of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to fire the subordinate.
Peskov also answered negatively to the question of how to determine whether the Kremlin candidate for the presidency of the MAYOR.
