Sony has announced a possible ban on flights in the Crimea if the Ukrainian government does not cancel the decision to hold raceline shooting in Simferopol. This was stated by Advisor to the head of the Russian Department Sergei Izvolsky, the TV channel “Russia 24”, reports TASS.
“Operations in the areas of bans will not be held in case if Ukraine does not cancel its decision,” he said.
Also, the Agency notified all Russian and international airlines about the plans of Ukraine to conduct firing in the Crimean city on 1 and 2 December.
“All airlines are notified that Ukraine imposed unauthorized restrictions of flights. Of course operations in the areas of bans will not be held including, if Ukraine does not rescind its decision,” the source said in an interview, noting that Russia is taking all necessary measures and actions to ensure safety.
The official representative of the Ministry stressed that the Federal air transport Agency, in conjunction with diplomatic representatives will work on the issue. “We still hope for the prudence of the Ukrainian side,” said Izvolsky.
