The state Department responded to concerns of the Kremlin of supplying weapons to Syria

United States of America still does not plan to supply Syrian opposition man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS) to combat terrorists. This was at the briefing said the official representative of State Department mark Toner at a briefing.

“Our position regarding MANPADS has not changed. We don’t want this type of weapons appeared in Syria,” said Toner in the course of his speech.
