The Central Bank revoked the license from four banks


The Central Bank revoked the license of the Krasnodar IDEA Bank, which, according to statements by total assets held 264-e a place in the Russian banking system, said in a statement on the regulator’s website.

The credit institution implemented high-risk lending policy and did not create adequate accepted risks provisions for possible loan losses. She did not comply with the requirements of legislation and normative acts of the Central Bank in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of incomes obtained in a criminal way and financing of terrorism in part of the valid information. The Bank’s activities focused on conducting dubious operations.

Also revoked the licenses of Nizhny Novgorod FORUS Bank, which held the 374-th place in the Russian banking system. When poor asset quality, the credit institution failed to adequately assess the credit portfolio and taken in connection with these risks. As a result of execution of requirements of the Supervisory authority on creating provisions adequate to accepted risks the credit institution lost a significant part of own funds.

In addition, the Bank of Russia revoked the license of the Moscow Bank “the World”, which reached 381-th place in the Russian banking system by total assets. He placed funds in low-quality assets and has not created adequate accepted risks provisions for possible losses. The Bank was involved in dubious transactions.

Revoked license and Vologda Bank Vologzhanka occupied by total assets 429-th place in the Russian banking system. As noted, the Central Bank, the credit organization conducted high-risk lending policy connected with placement of money in low-quality assets.

The Bank is reflected in the account actually absent assets and presented in the Bank statements to hide the real financial situation. As a result of execution Vologzhanka of the supervisor’s requirements on creating provisions adequate to the accepted risks, it completely lost its own funds.

All four banks are participants of system of insurance of contributions.
