Two sources of “Novaya Gazeta” announced the resignation of first Deputy interior Minister of the Chechen Republic Apti Alaudinova.
One of interlocutors of the edition argues that Alaudinova “required to resign in connection with the recent attack on Grozny”. Also this source says that the resignation may take several high-ranking employees of the interior Ministry in Chechnya and heads of district Department of internal Affairs of Chechnya.
Another source of the newspaper said that Alaudinov had to write a letter of resignation at own will on Wednesday, December 28, the morning after, “sharp personal conflict with the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov”.
