The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov has declared that does not see in a recent statement elected Donald trump offers to lift sanctions in response to nuclear disarmament, reports “Interfax”.
“I did not offer to disarm in exchange for the lifting of sanctions,” he said at a press conference in Moscow, commenting on a statement by Donald trump.
