The Euro on the Moscow stock exchange fell today to 63,1475 RUB 32,75 kopecks below the closing level on January 16.
Strengthening of ruble happens against the background of moderate growth of oil prices. The price of a barrel of Brent oil on the ICE futures exchange rose on Tuesday to $56,74 that 1.57% of the closing level of the previous trading session.
“The oil market remains positive. The Minister of energy of Saudi Arabia promised that the Kingdom would adhere strictly to their commitments to reduce production volumes. For ruble there are practically no obstacles to the renewal of local maxima”, – said the head of financial markets, the Ural Bank for reconstruction and development Vladimir Zotov.
In turn, the expert of FG BKS Oksana cholodenko believes that the consolidation of the dollar below 59 rubles will open the way to its reduction to 58.3–58 RUB.
To 15.05 MSK cost of a barrel of Brent crude on the ICE futures exchange was $of 56.45, the dollar on the Moscow stock exchange reached 59,0975 Euro – 63,2475 RUB.
