According to the newspaper “Vedomosti”, the FSB has sent the operators a reminder not to forget to put in the budgets for 2017 money for the execution of the package of anti-terrorist amendments, Irina Yarovaya and Victor Ozerov (so-called “law of Spring”), which will enter into force on 1 July 2018.
However, with the introduction of costs in the budget the companies have problems. The newspaper’s source in one of cellular companies said that the technical specifications for the establishment of a system of electronic storage is still there, but because it is unclear how much of this waste of money.
Employee of another mobile operator suggested that it is unlikely that someone laid the execution of the “Spring law” in the budget in 2017, and the next time a financial document will be formed in October-November. This can lead to the fact that in 2018, nothing will not be ready.
The package of anti-terrorist amendments, which was prepared by the Deputy of the state Duma Irina Yarovaya and Senator Viktor Ozerov, was signed by President Vladimir Putin in the summer of 2016.
