Belarus has established tariffs for the transit of Russian oil through the territory of the Republic for the current year, reversing the earlier decision of their action to 31 March 2017. This follows from the decision of the Ministry of Antimonopoly regulation and trade (MARCH), available on the national legal Internet portal of Belarus.
The document States that the decree of December 30, 2016 “On tariffs for oil transportation through trunk pipelines located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus” excluded words “and is valid to 31 March 2017”. The decision dated 18 Jan.
January 5 MARCH issued a decree on increase in tariffs for oil transportation through the territory of Belarus. It was supposed to come into force on 1 February 2017 and to operate on March 31. According to the document, transportation of oil via trunk pipelines of OJSC “Gomeltransneft Druzhba” on the route Unecha (High) — Adam Zastava was set at 287,90 rubles per ton without VAT (previously 267,32 RUB). Transportation of ton of oil on the route Unecha (Vysokoye) — Brody will be 123,66 RUB is RUB 114,82
