Volodin spoke about the development of laws about robots

12 February in Tatarstan with a working visit to the speaker of the state Duma of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin. During the visit, the Chairman of the Duma visited the IT-Park in Kazan, the offices of resident companies, a business incubator. The speaker also visited the science city Innopolis.

During the visit, Volodin announced the emergence of the Council for legislative support of the development of the digital economy, reports . The Council will be the first of eight under the Chairman of the state Duma. It will include experts from the it industry and MPs.

“We believe that digital economy development requires legislative support,” — said Volodin.

Volodin has declared that by 2022 “throughout the draft laws governing the relationship between robot and human”. In his words, “the development of the digital economy requires legal support”.

The speaker recalled that Russian President Vladimir Putin gave the message to the Federal Assembly particular attention to the future development of the digital economy. Volodin during operation, the first Deputy head of presidential administration oversaw the development of the it and Internet industry.

When the previous speaker Sergei Naryshkin worked seven councils: the expert Council, culture Council, the Council of non-parliamentary parties, scientific Council on legislation, Council on education and science, the Council on local government, the Board of investment. In addition, in the sixth Duma existed, the working group for legal analysis of legislative procedures and accepted in Ukraine, legal acts.

Experts believe that such working groups and commissions are an indicator of the interest of the government to this or that problem.
