The draft law “On judicial service” was developed in the judicial Department of the Supreme court in 2014. The bill proposes to introduce a new position of court officers and assign them ranks. The bill establishes that the salary of the court staff will consist of two months ‘ salary (salary according to position and rank for you) and bonuses, which will be set by analogy with judicial. In particular, awards for long service, for special conditions of service, as well as the award for work with secret information and bonuses for fulfillment of very important tasks.
Award for years of service will be from 10 to 30% charges to the salary for the position. And allowance for special conditions — 200%. The size of the salary for the rank, according to the law, will be separately established by the President. And the salary for the position will be determined on the ground by the authorities of the regions.
The initiative stems from the fact that the salaries of court staff members — assistants to judges and secretaries are still at a very low level.
