Putin will reassign Zhvachkin, head of the Tomsk region

Russian President Vladimir Putin said he will sign a decree on the appointment of Sergey Zhvachkin, the acting head of the Tomsk region before the elections in connection with the expiration of powers. This was reported on the Kremlin website.

“Then I will sign the corresponding document, the decree appointing you as acting mayor until elections in September 2017. I wish you success,” the President said at a meeting with Vaccinum.
