Volodin said the timing of the adoption of the law on the demolition of Khrushchev


In the first reading the law on the demolition of the buildings can be adopted on 19 April, said the Chairman of the lower house at a press briefing. The second reading, he said, could take place in may. If the consideration of the amendments to the second reading will not be delayed and “there will be no major differences” that already in June, the documents can be approved by the Federation Council and signed by the President, said Volodin.

Outside the area of residence can resettle the residents of demolished houses in the Central administrative district (CAO), Zelenograd administrative Okrug (Zelao), and the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas (Tinao). Also yesterday, the United Russia Deputy Nikolai Gonchar, proposed to amend the Tax code. The project envisages the establishment of a Fund to promote renovation of the housing stock in Moscow, the main source of funding which will be funds from the capital budget. Amendments Gonchar is proposed to exclude the Fund from among the taxpayers of tax on profit of organizations and also the release of the Fund’s operations on realization of goods (works, services), property rights, from taxation on value added tax.
