The Syrian army reported shooting down Israeli aircraft

On the morning of Friday, March 17, Israeli planes invaded Syrian airspace and attacked a military target near Palmyra, Reuters reports citing the message of the Supreme command of the Syrian army. As a result, one aircraft was destroyed and the second damaged, the report says.

The Israeli military said no aircraft was damaged in the result of the operation in Syria, reports Reuters.
