Putin has appointed a new head bailiff


The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has appointed Deputy justice Minister Dmitry Aristov Director of the Federal bailiff service (FSPP). This is stated in the message of the Kremlin.

While Putin has dismissed Aristova from the previous post.

Dmitry Aristov worked as Deputy Minister of justice since August 2012. Prior to that, he worked in the Ministry of justice the position of Deputy Director of the Department of registration of the departmental normative legal acts. Later he headed the Department of legal regulation, analysis and control in the sphere of execution of criminal sentences and judicial acts.

The post of head FSPP has been vacant since mid-February. Then the former head of service, Artur Parfenchikov, Putin appointed acting head of the Republic of Karelia.

Previously, the newspaper “Kommersant” reported that the post of Director of FSPP may take the presidential envoy in the Volga Federal district Mikhail Babich.
