Trump called Putin in the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg metro

The US President Donald trump called President of Russia Vladimir Putin to Express condolences for the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg, said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.

“In a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, Donald trump expressed his deep condolences to the families of the victims of the barbaric act of terrorism perpetrated in the St. Petersburg underground, and asked to convey words of support to the Russian people” — quoted TASS Peskov.

“Putin thanked his American counterpart for this expression of solidarity,” said spokesman and added that according to both presidents, terrorism is an evil that must be fought jointly.

According to Peskov, the presidents agreed to continue contacts.
