In the night of Tuesday, April 18, a telephone conversation of the leaders of “Norman Quartet”, the press service of the Kremlin.

It was attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

All the participants confirmed their commitment to the implementation of the Minsk agreements. They welcomed the agreement on the resumption of an Easter truce in the Donbass.

The Quartet, said in the Kremlin, called to intensify the exchange of detainees from both sides according to the formula “all for all”.

In addition, the report says that the leaders expressed regret over the threats, the monitoring mission of the OSCE, and also expressed appreciation to Fransua Hollande for his efforts in the framework of the “Quartet”.
