The head of the Crimea banned the business capital construction on the Peninsula

Chapter Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov’s order forbidden to begin and continue construction on the territory of several municipal formations of all buildings and other objects of capital construction and reconstruction of such objects.

In accordance with the document published on the website of the government of the Crimea, to conduct capital construction is forbidden before the Architectural town-planning Council of the region of checking permits.

The new rate is valid until January 1, 2018. Before this date the authorities of the day ordered to suspend registration of Declaration of start of construction and readiness of object for operation, as well as the issuance of permits for start of construction. The issuance of such documents is allowed only after verification is complete, the Architectural city-planning Council.

Introduced by Aksenov disposal ban is in effect for coastal areas of the Republic of Crimea — Alushta, Evpatoria, Kerch, Saki, Sudak, Feodosia and Yalta and in Bakhchisarai, Lenin, Razdolnensky, Saksky, Simferopol and black sea areas. The prohibition does not apply to those buildings and structures, construction or reconstruction of which is conducted with attraction of means of the Federal budget and the budget of the Republic of Crimea and local budgets.
